Here are the next steps to getting you taken care of:
- We want you to check to see if the paint is a good match first. You can put the part up to your vehicle to check the paint match to the rest of the vehicle.
- Take pictures of any of the issues that you are reaching out in regards to. Clear up close and pictures from far away are important so we can better assist the situation.
- Email those pictures, along with your order number and the best contact number, and send them to [email protected]. We answer all of our emails within the same business day! It has been longer than 24 hours? Please reach out, we may not have received your message. We are in the office Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
- Once the issue is reviewed, you will receive several different options that are based on your specific issue, to choose from; whichever option works best for you.
