How To Apply Touch-Up Paint
- Clean the area with soap and water. Use grease remover if necessary. Ensure the area is completely dry before applying paint.
- Shake the bottle of touch-up paint vigorously for 3 full minutes. The paint bottle is larger than the paint volume to allow proper mixing.
Note: If metallic settles at the bottom, use a toothpick or straw to break it up before shaking again. - Apply ONE thin coat of paint to the area.
- Allow 10 - 15 MINUTES of drying time between coats at temperatures around 70°F. In cooler conditions (below 70°F), wait at least 30 MINUTES. It may take up to 4 coats for full coverage.
Please Note
ALWAYS test the color in an inconspicuous area before applying to ensure a proper match.
IMPORTANT: Avoid applying thick coats, as they will not dry properly and may not look good when fully cured. Do not apply to large areas.
