- Handling time for unpainted parts is 1-2 business days. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 days.
- Handling time for painted parts is 5 business days. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days after your order leaves our facility.
- Most unpainted and folded bumpers ship for free.
- Economy plastic bumpers are FOLDED* * folding can cause minor imperfections to the part or paint
- Premium plastic bumpers are NOT FOLDED
- Most small items such as Ready To Spray Paint ship for free via USPS
- Most steel bumpers ship for free.
- Tailgates ship for free
The available shipping options are Economy & Premium. These are defined solely by the price, the way it is packaged, and which carrier we use. Most folded plastic bumpers ship for free.
Local Pickup
We are conveniently located in the heart of West Michigan near downtown Grand Rapids. Select the local pick-up option during checkout if you would like to pick up your order directly from us. If you have not received a call from us regarding your order, please call or email before making the drive to our location to verify that your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery dates & timeframes are estimates made by the shipping carrier. National emergencies, weather events, and unforseen circumstances across the country can affect delivery times on rare occasions. Taxes are automatically collected for cities, counties, and states that mandate online sales tax. Shipping cost are subject to change at any time at our own discretion.

Returns, Cancellations, & Warranty Information
Returns
We will gladly accept all returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please reach out to us first with any questions or concerns regarding a possible return.
We do not cover the cost of shipping when a part is being returned because it is no longer needed OR ordered wrong item. Large parts must be returned via FedEx or UPS, and can be very expensive. Please be sure you are committed to the purchase before it is made. A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain situations.
If something happened on our end that caused damage or premature wear and tear, a prepaid FedEx label may be provided to ship the item back at no cost to you.

- Paint job quality, or color match issue.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, a cancellation must be requested within 24 hours. The cancellation request should be provided to us in writing. Unpainted parts will ship the same day if purchased before 12:00 PM EST. Cancellation requests for unpainted orders need to be received by 11:30 AM EST to ensure the order will not ship. All cancellation requests can be sent to [email protected].
Warranty Information
Unpainted Plastic, Chrome or Steel Parts:
A limited warranty of 10 years is provided on all our steel, plastic, and chrome parts. Our warranty covers the craftsmanship of the part itself. We honor warranty requests against rusting, peeling, deterioration, etc. Keep your payment method / order reference number handy. The warranty is good for a ONE time replacement, per purchase, and per item. Once a replacement item has been sent and received in good condition, the warranty request is considered fulfilled.
Premium Painted Parts:
A limited warranty of 10 years is provided on all our Premium painted parts. The warranty covers the craftsmanship of the paint job ONLY. The paint should not peel, flake, chip, fade, etc. Keep your payment method / order reference number handy. The warranty is good for a ONE time replacement, per purchase, and per item. Once a replacement item is received in good condition, the warranty will be considered fulfilled.
Economy Painted Parts:
A limited warranty of 6 months is provided on all our Economy painted parts. The warranty covers the craftsmanship of the paint job ONLY. The paint should not peel, flake, chip, fade, etc. This excludes minor imperfections caused by bumper folding. Keep your payment method / order reference number handy. The warranty is good for a ONE time replacement, per purchase, and per item. Once a replacement item is received in good condition, the warranty will be considered fulfilled.
