Where are you located?

Do you offer a military discount for military or active duty?

Where can I find my paint code?

The most common place to find your paint code is on a sticker inside your driver's door jamb OR inside your glovebox compartment. If you cannot locate it there, you can always call your local dealership with your VIN number. They will be able to decode it and provide your paint code. You may view our guide via the link below.

Are these OEM parts?

All of our parts are top-of-the-line OEM comparable aftermarket replacement parts. We may offer some OEM tailgates; please refer to the item details.

How do your aftermarket parts compare to an OEM option?

OEM parts are obtained directly through a dealership and are very expensive to source. As a more economical option, we specialize in aftermarket body panels. Our parts are insurance-quality, aftermarket replacements. These are the same quality parts a traditional body shop would use to fix your vehicle.

Do you have any sales currently or offer any discounts?

Yes, we regularly offer promotions and giveaways through our social media channels! Be sure to like and follow us to stay updated on our latest deals and discounts.

Why don't you offer the part I need?

We strive to keep the most popular parts in our local inventory. If you do not see the part you need, simply give us a call Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST, and we will see if we can source your part for you. Call us at 616-334-6200.

How can I be sure the part I purchase will fit my vehicle?

Our one-of-a-kind fitment compatibility questionnaire qualifies each purchase. You can use the product finder on the homepage to verify the item fits your vehicle. Make sure the item in the picture that you see is what you need. Unfortunately, we cannot decode VIN numbers in order to verify fitment or to find your paint code.

Is the hardware needed for installation included in my order?

There is no hardware included with the purchase of any of our plastic bumpers or fenders. Please look closely at the photos included in our bumper assemblies to see what installation hardware will come with the bumper. What you see pictured is what you can expect to be included in the package. If you need installation hardware, we suggest using a local small parts automotive store to source those pieces. Some of our tailgates are sold as complete assemblies and will come ready to install on your truck with the hardware in place. Others are sold as just the metal shell and will require you to transfer your hardware to make it a working assembly. Please reference the details and photos on each listing to ensure you are aware of what option you are purchasing.

What if I don't know my vehicle's specific details?

If you are unsure of your vehicle's specific details, you will need to get an OEM part number to ensure you are ordering the correct part. You can obtain an OEM part number by calling a dealership with your VIN number and asking for the parts department to decipher it for you. **We are not a dealership and therefore cannot use a VIN number to assist you in locating the correct part.** Once you have the OEM part number for the body panel piece you are interested in, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Are your prices negotiable?

A variety of factors come into play when determining the selling price for our parts. As a result, we do not accept best offers or negotiate our pricing. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible to provide our customers with cost-friendly replacement options that won't break the bank.

What shipping company do you use?

We use multiple shipping carriers, including FedEx, R&L Carriers, and USPS. We will choose the best carrier for your order based on the product and the shipping class selected. Due to the size of our items, expedited shipping options are not available.

What is the difference between economy & premium shipping?

Our economy shipping option provides FREE shipping with the bumper's ends folded inward and includes a 6-month warranty on the paint job. Opting for our premium shipping ensures added care and protection, including a 10-year limited warranty on the paint job, an extra application of clear coat, and shipping without folding for optimal condition upon arrival.

How can you ship a bumper cover folded?

Folding a bumper does not affect its integrity. In fact, folding a bumper is a common practice among online vendors. Our company folds only the ends of the bumper inward, which makes the package smaller and more cost-effective to ship. Plastic is very pliable, so once a folded bumper is received, simply set it outside to allow the plastic to return to its normal shape.

What is your handling time?

Any primered (unpainted) or chrome part will be shipped out the same day if ordered before 12pm EST, Monday-Friday. Painted parts will have a standard handling time of 2-7 business days before they are shipped from our facility. We do NOT ship orders on weekends or Federal holidays.

How can I track my order?

There are a few ways to track the progress of your order. You can track your orders directly on our website, or you can copy and paste your tracking number into Google to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.

How long will it take me to receive my order? Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, there is no expedited shipping option for our products. It takes 3-7 full business days to properly prep, paint, fully dry, and pass the part through quality control before it is shipped to you.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

We apologize, but we only ship within the contiguous United States. This means we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military installments, or US Territories.

Our Painting Process


What kind of paint do you use?

We use one of the world's leading OEM automotive coatings on all the parts we paint.

What is the painting process?

Our paint job is of the highest quality, adhering to OEM specifications. We use a new, state-of-the-art paint booth that significantly enhances our efficiency. Each part receives three coats of base color, followed by two coats of clear coat, before entering the baking tunnel. After baking, the parts undergo a thorough quality control inspection before being shipped from our facilities.

Why do you put powder on the part before you ship it out?

The powder on the bumper is corn starch, used to protect the fresh paint from friction scratches during transit. To remove the powder, first use a soft, dry cloth or pure water to wipe off the majority of it. Then, use a damp, soft cloth to remove any remaining powder.

How long should I wait to power wash/wax my car?

Please avoid pressure washing or waxing this part for at least 90 days. The paint will still be relatively soft and needs that time to fully cure.

You can view your previous orders here or navigate to your account dashboard via the menu at the top of the page. Creating a user account offers many benefits, such as viewing previous orders, saving payment methods, and storing multiple addresses.

Can I cancel my most recent order?

If you would like to cancel your order and it has been less than 24 hours since the purchase, please reach out to us by phone or email as soon as possible to ensure proper cancellation.
