We take great pride in the quality of our paintwork, and that's why we have a specific guideline regarding customer-supplied parts. For optimal results, we only accept brand-new, unmodified items. This allows us to control the surface preparation and ensure a smooth, even finish. Accepting used or previously altered parts can introduce unpredictable factors that compromise our ability to deliver the exceptional quality you deserve. We are happy to paint new parts for you.
For customers residing outside our local service area, we offer the option to ship parts for painting. Please note that we require all shipped parts to be new and in their original packaging. Specifically, plastic parts should be shipped unfolded to preserve their shape. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly advise contacting us before shipping to discuss the final costs involved. We will do so in the same amount of time that it takes for our typical local pickup orders.
